The app does not function properly. First problem occured when I tried to verify driving license, it had problem with opening designated page for it. After few hours it worked but the app crushed several times during the process. After uploading the license, verification did not took a long. That's a pro. But when I tried to ride a moped, app started ride mode, however, the moped did not even start. Whenever I tried to click on "end ride" the popup window said the moped was in motion(((

taking forever on account removal, otherwise scrolls are good, also it lacks appropriate feedback, delete option is available on default card but when clicking nothing happens, either add indicator that default card cannot be deleted or disable delete on default card, otherwise if it should be working, well it is not and that would make it a bug

Thanks for your feedback. Account removals require review per our privacy policy, explaining the delay. Default cards can't be deleted until all credits are cleared. We'll improve our UI to better communicate these requirements and add feedback indicators in our next update.

App literally doesn't have any costumer service. App is buggy and because of crashes it made me pay 3 times and funny thing is because it doesn't have any support I can't refund. Not recommend at all Update - day 3 and still can't find support. There's no information about support's mail either
